A Pakistani cricket fan came to rescue the T20 skipper ‘Boom Boom’ Shahid Afridi and swashbuckling opener Ahmed Shehzad at Auckland airport when the two cricketers reached McDonald’s to order a BigMac….without cash.
According to Pakistani cricket fan, Waqas Naveed, when the teller demanded local currency from the Pakistani skipper who turned up in Auckland with no local currency. Naveed, who was also there for a meal and he immediately paid the two hungry heros’ bill.
