During their meeting in Oslo, Pakistan’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Hina Rabbani Khar and Norway’s Foreign Minister, Anniken Huitfeldt, agreed to boost bilateral ties across various sectors. Both ministers recognized the significance of multilateralism in addressing regional and worldwide challenges.
They celebrated 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Norway, according to a statement by a Foreign Office spokesperson on Twitter. Separately, Khar discussed global and regional matters, including the situations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Afghanistan, and Ukraine with her Norwegian counterpart Erling Rimestad.
