Pakistan army Major Ishaq embraced martyrdom during a search operation at a terrorist hideout in Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan on Wednesday.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a press release said, Security Forces conducted search Operation in Kulachi, DI Khan on presence of terrorists in a hide out. In exchange of fire Major Ishaq embraced shahadat.
Major Ishaq, 28, belongs to Khushab. Ishaq leaves behind a widow and an year old son.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and other officials attended funeral prayer of Shaheed.
The 28-year-old martyr, Major Ishaq, belonged to Khushab, Punjab, and has left behind a widow and an infant.
In his tweet, the ISPR chief said, “We have a sacred duty at hand of cleansing & defending our motherland; WE SHALL DO IT”.
