Lahore: Pakistan’s new cricket captain, Azhar Ali, for ODIs firmed the team would beat Bangladesh.
Ali while talking to media said “We will play with positive approach to beat Bangladesh which is a tough side at home”,
In a long month tour to Bangladesh, Pakistan team will play two Test matches, three one-day internationals and one Twenty20.
Ali appears confident over young players’ talent, saying they can be match winners in the series.
Appreciating captaincy of former Captain Misbah-ul-Haq, he said that he learned a lot from him and his tips would be helpful in beating the opponents.
Pakistan has three captains now in all three formats of the game. They are Misbah-ul-Haq (for tests), Azhar Ali (for ODIs) and Shahid Afridi (for T20).
