NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, and comedian Druski face serious allegations in an amended lawsuit filed in federal court in Northern California.
Maui Police Chief John Pelletier is accused of covering up an alleged gang rape that took place in Orinda, California, in 2018. The plaintiff, Ashley Parham, claims that Pelletier, a Las Vegas police captain at the time, intervened to protect the accused.
Parham alleges that Pelletier posed as a Contra Costa Sheriff’s deputy when responding to her call for help. Instead of assisting, he dismissed her pleas, citing noise complaints, and told her to leave without offering medical aid or support. She further claims Pelletier handed an envelope—suspected to contain cash—to a neighbor, who returned empty-handed shortly after.

Odell Beckham Jr. Assault Allegations
The amended Odell Beckham Jr. lawsuit, updated from its initial October 2023 filing, now names Beckham and Druski. Parham alleges Beckham, referred to as “Cornelius” (his middle name) during the assault, raped her. Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, is accused of coating her in oil before assaulting her. Both stars strongly deny the claims. Beckham stated on X, “There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I’ve never met the person who filed the suit.” Druski echoed this, saying, “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018… the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”

Combs’ legal team dismissed the lawsuit as a fame-driven fabrication. They assert he was “nowhere near Orinda” during the alleged incident, citing a Contra Costa Sheriff’s investigation that deemed the claims unfounded. Pelletier’s spokesperson also denied the accusations, confident that evidence will disprove them. Combs, currently in custody facing federal sex trafficking charges, awaits a May trial.
This Odell Beckham Jr. lawsuit adds to Combs’ mounting legal troubles, including multiple civil suits. As the case unfolds, all parties maintain their innocence, promising a fierce defense in court.
