During a press conference in Islamabad, Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti declared a deadline of November 1 for all unauthorized immigrants to leave Pakistan. This announcement followed an apex committee meeting, during which decisions prioritizing the welfare and security of Pakistanis were underscored.

Bugti emphasized, “Any immigrants residing in Pakistan unlawfully have until November 1 to voluntarily exit the country. Post this deadline, all provincial and state law enforcement agencies will take charge and ensure their deportation.”
