Nicole Kidman is reportedly “furious” over the prenup terms favouring Keith Urban, as “it feels like rubbing salt into the wound of their break-up.”
According to a report by Radaronline.com, the country singer can legally receive $17 million from Kidman as part of their prenuptial agreement, which stipulates that if Urban remains sober, he is entitled to $600,000 for every year of marriage. Kidman filed for divorce on September 30, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences, deepening tensions over the payout.

That has left her feeling deeply betrayed,” the insider added. A second source noted, “Keith qualifies for a huge payout because he remained sober. Nicole is glad he stayed on that path, but she resents that the payoff comes out of her pocket.”

The pair, married since June 2006, share daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. Urban admitted at the 2024 AFI Life Achievement Award Gala that his addiction nearly ended their marriage early on. Kidman, previously married to Tom Cruise with two children, Bella and Connor, now faces a contentious divorce. A source close to Urban said he’s “been going through some stuff,” while another noted their lives diverged.
