The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) announced the recruitment of 200 Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators) across five districts in Karachi and nine districts in interior Sindh. Walk-in interviews will begin on November 3. This initiative aims to improve service accessibility in semi-urban and rural areas while also creating job opportunities for local youth.
NADRA will acquire land for new offices in Mirpurkhas, Mirpur Sakro, Kotri, Matiari, Chachro, Jhuddo, Mirpur Tharro, Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro, Thatta, and Sujawal. Candidates need an Intermediate qualification and must be under 25 years old.

This follows NADRA’s rollout of a digital birth and death registration system in hospitals, approved under the National Biometric and Registration Policy Framework by PM Shehbaz Sharif on January 1, 2025. Directed by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, NADRA is improving registration efficiency and transparency.
The recruitment and expansion enhance NADRA’s outreach, streamline services, and boost employment.
