Two cases have been lodged against Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) leader Wasim Akhtar in two different police stations of Karachi early morning today.
The charges against the MQM leader include violation of Telegraph Act, incitement to violence against national secret agencies, provocative oratories and dealing detrimental blow to national security.
The FIRs have been overnight logged against him at Sohrab Goth and Super Highway police stations with civilians as the complainants.
It should be mentioned here that one of the FIRs includes terrorism clauses as well.
