Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee has said that MQM top leadership including members of Rabita Committee are being threatened by TTP.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi on Monday, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Monday expressed concerns over extortion letters, threatening calls and text messages .
Dr. Sattar said that the elected Rabita Committee members have been receiving threatening calls and extortion letters bearing contact numbers since September 15.
He said that the terrorists want to impose their version of Islam upon us.
He further added that the last warning was received on 15th of September.
The letter sent to MQM leader at Nine-zero office, states “Send the money within 15 days or you and your family will be sent straight to hell. Nine-Zero, your house, your family and everything belonging to MQM will be destroyed”
