Sindh Assembly has been in session today in Karachi with Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani in the chair.
A call attention notice of opposition Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) about presence of Taliban and Daesh militant outfits has also been on the agenda of the house.
MQM member Kamran Akhtar has invited the attention of the provincial assembly over the issue in the notice.
It is pertinent to mention here that the slogans in support of the Islamic State (IS), which is known for its Arabic acronym Daesh, have been found inscribed on the walls of several cities across Pakistan.
The government officials, however, denied presence of the bloodthirsty terror outfit in the country.
