Maria B responded to the Punjab government’s ban on Joyland a day after the Pakistani censor board approved the film’s distribution.
Pakistani fashion designer immediately rushed to the Instagram story to praise the Punjab government for the ban, claiming, “Joyland movie banned in Pakistan until further notice! What a wild ride… Punjab govt!!! “You guys rule!”
She congratulated the authorities and stated that this decision would give our children hope for the future in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
