Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday sought formal written report from Chief Secretary Punjab tomorrow for not giving jobs to disabled persons as per quota.
Justice Syed Manzoor Ali Shah heard the case during which the plaintiff’s lawyer Azhar Siddique told the court that Punjab government is not giving employment to the disabled persons despite court’s order which is against law and constitution.
The court, after hearing the arguments, summoned a formal report from Chief Secretary Punjab tomorrow for clarification.
