Lahore High Court (LHC) earlier today ordered Gullu Butt to submit his petition for bail and appeal against his jail sentence.
Gullu Butt, a central character of Model Town carnage in Lahore in June this year, in his bail plea contended that the jail sentence by the anti-terrorism court was against (the norms of) justice and pleaded for suspension of the sentence and be released on bail.
The court ordered Gullu Butt to submit his bail plea combined with the appeal against sentence in the court.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 27.
