At least five, including two FC personnel, were injured as militants attack a check post in the Baleli area on Tuesday evening.
According to the initial information, militants attack at FC in Baleli, in the retaliatory fire two terrorists were killed.
Three civilians are also among the injured.
Police officials said firing was heard in the area following the explosion and a cordon was established as security forces initiated a search operation.
Rescue services shifted the injured to CMH Quetta for medical treatment.
