The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) has announced the postponement of two intermediate examinations initially set for later this month.
The BISE change affects the Chemistry exam previously scheduled for April 20 and the English exam slated for April 22.
The BISE exams were postponed due to the by-elections on April 21, which necessitated using many educational institutions as polling stations. The board will announce new dates for these exams soon.
Students and educators are encouraged to monitor the Lahore Board’s official communications for updates on the rescheduled dates.
The elections will fill six seats in the National Assembly and seventeen in various provincial assemblies, including two in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan and twelve in Punjab.
