Residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can now apply for police clearance certificates for visa purposes without visiting a police station. The provincial police have introduced this facility through the newly launched Police Sahulat Markaz mobile application.
The digital service aims to save time, reduce paperwork, and simplify the verification process for applicants seeking clearance certificates for overseas travel.
How to Apply Through the App
After downloading the Police Sahulat Markaz app, users should open it and select the “Police Clearance for Visa” option. They must then choose their destination country, district, and purpose of travel.
Applicants must also specify whether they will collect the certificate themselves or authorise a relative to collect it on their behalf. If a relative is selected, the app requires the relative’s complete details.

Once the form is submitted, the system generates a PSID number. Applicants can use this number to pay the prescribed fee through Easypaisa. The app then initiates identity verification through the National Database and Registration Authority.
The app displays two red indicators showing pending steps. These turn green once the payment and verification processes are completed successfully.

Applicants can collect their police clearance certificate from the nearest Police Sahulat Markaz three days after verification. Officials say the system ensures transparency and faster processing while reducing the need for in-person visits.
Authorities encourage residents to use the app, calling it a major step toward digital policing and improved public service delivery across the province.
