An investigation has been launched against Judge Humayun Dilawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Judge Dilawar recently presided over the Toshakhana case involving Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has commenced an anti-corruption probe into Judge Dilawar and his family. The anti-corruption department is currently gathering information to examine all assets held by Judge Dilawar and his relatives.
A spokesperson from the KP government confirmed that the inquiry began after receiving a complaint and is currently at a preliminary stage. The government will proceed based on the findings—if evidence of wrongdoing is discovered, further action will be taken; otherwise, the inquiry will conclude without charges.

The KP anti-corruption department seeks records concerning properties owned by Judge Humayun Dilawar and his family, details of development activities in Union Council Memand Khel, and information regarding a housing society developed on family-owned land.
In defence, Ahmad Sadiq, representing Judge Dilawar’s family, argued that the investigation was retaliatory. He maintained that the housing society was legally established and accused the KP government of pursuing Judge Dilawar because of his involvement in the Toshakhana case.
