Kim Kardashian is on the verge of becoming a qualified lawyer after six years of dedicated legal studies, an unconventional journey through California’s apprenticeship program rather than traditional law school.
Kim, currently awaiting the highly anticipated results of her California bar exam, has shared candid insights about her experience with artificial intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT, throughout her studies.
In a recent interview for Vanity Fair’s “Lie Detector” segment, Kardashian openly acknowledged using ChatGPT for legal advice during exam preparation. While she relies heavily on the AI to answer her questions, she admitted the technology frequently provides inaccurate information, which she believes contributed to failing some tests. “It has made me fail tests all the time,” Kim confessed, describing how she sometimes gets frustrated and even yells at the AI. Despite these challenges, she humorously noted ChatGPT’s role as an unlikely “therapist” that encourages her to trust her instincts and believe in herself.

Kim’s legal ambitions extend beyond passing exams. She envisions a future focused on criminal justice reform rather than family law and has already started practising law under a San Francisco lawyer’s mentorship since 2018. Alongside her legal aspirations, Kim continues to expand her career in entertainment, starring in the legal drama All’s Fair.
