Kim Kardashian shared alarming personal health news in the Season 7 premiere of her Hulu show, “The Kardashians.” She revealed that doctors found a small aneurysm in her brain during an MRI scan.
The discovery led her to question the role of past stress in her health. An aneurysm is a bulge in a blood vessel in the brain. According to medical sources like the Mayo Clinic, it can be dangerous if it ruptures.
In the episode, Kim called her sister Kourtney to deliver the news. Kourtney reacted with visible shock, covering her chest and saying, “Whoa.” Doctors explained that stress can be a contributing factor to aneurysms. This information prompted Kim to wonder aloud why this was happening to her.

The 45-year-old SKIMS founder has four children with her former husband, Kanye West. She suggested that the intense stress from their difficult divorce might have played a part in her condition. Kim and West were married from 2014 until their separation in 2022. Their co-parenting relationship has been strained and often played out in public.
Earlier this year, West expressed frustration on social media about his access to their children. He accused what he called the “Kardashian mob” of interfering with his parenting rights.
