Kim and Khloé Kardashian were at odds in the latest episode of “The Kardashians,” aired on June 27. The episode revealed a heated exchange over Khloé’s preference for focusing on her children and staying close to home.
The conflict arose when Kim approached Khloé before a family trip to Aspen, Colorado. Kim expressed frustration to the cameras, accusing Khloé of condescension, particularly in discussions about parenting. In response, Khloé accused Kim of projecting her frustrations onto her. “It sounds like you’re dealing with your issues, and you’ve decided to direct all this negativity toward me,” she countered.
The dispute intensified when Khloé invited Kim to express her anger physically. In a confessional, Kim suggested that Khloé’s limited social interactions might affect her demeanour. “Perhaps if you broadened your social circle, you wouldn’t be so uptight,” she proposed.
Kim further criticized Khloé’s structured lifestyle and constant communication with her children via FaceTime. “You need a break from your kids, a real escape!” she urged.
The argument became the focal point of the episode. Despite being hurt by Kim’s remarks, Khloé chose to join the Aspen trip. “Kim is acting spitefully,” Khloé remarked, “but I won’t let her ruin this trip for me and my kids.”
The trip, however, did little to smooth over their differences. At dinner, Khloé faced further criticism for her early nights and strict routines, leading to more confrontations in the presence of Kris and Kendall Jenner. “Kim is just being malicious now,” Khloé noted in a confessional. “She knows how to hit where it hurts.”
Kim ultimately suggested Khloé was in denial about her conduct. The ongoing tensions marred the start of their Aspen getaway.
