Ali Amin Gandapur, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, following the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) meeting, met with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
In the meeting, CM KP briefed PTI founder Imran Khan about the proceedings of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) meeting.
Despite being a designated day for meetings in Adiala Jail, Gandapur spent 40 minutes with Khan in the jail’s conference room discussing details of the SIFC meeting. They also reviewed Pakistan’s political climate and other party-related issues before Gandapur left.
Gandapur had attended the SIFC meeting on behalf of his province the previous day. Post-meeting, he addressed the media, highlighting his commitment to public welfare and his representation of provincial interests at the meeting. He urged the federal government to release funds promptly and opposed imposing taxes on FATA and PATA during the SIFC meeting.
