Opposition Leader in National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah accused Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for the prevailing fuel crisis

Shah addressing a press conference in Islamabad said “If Sharif is directly in charge then he is the one who should be blamed for the current chaos,”

He also demanded of the government for a judicial probe into matter.

Shah also termed the government’s negligence on the timely import of oil as a criminal mismanagement and not a so-called conspiracy and  questioned “If the government is bent on dubbing this outrageous screw-up a conspiracy, then the nation must be told who is or are the perpetrator(s)?”

Shah, in the end also pressed the government to convene a National Assembly session to discuss the matter as soon as possible
