Katy Perry quits nicotine pregnancy rumours are gaining fresh traction after the pop star shared a wellness update amid her relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Perry posted to Instagram Stories on March 6, saying she quit all nicotine two months ago. She shared a photo of peppermint energy gum with the message “Quit all nicotine 2 months ago” written over it.
She described the gum as a “more organic” energy alternative and said she “highly recommends” it.
Perry did not specify which nicotine products she had been using. The post focused on the milestone and the product she says helped her make the change.
She has previously discussed quitting habits during major life moments. During her pregnancy with daughter Daisy in 2020, she said quitting smoking and drinking was a turning point.
This time, Perry did not link her decision to any personal news, but the timing has fueled online speculation.
