Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut’s ‘nepotism’ fight has finally come to an end as they posed together on the stage of Star Plus’ new talent hunt show India’s Next Superstar.
The ‘nepotism’ fight’ started between Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut in February 2017 when Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar infamously clashed on the latter’s TV show Koffee With Karan.
Kangana appeared on Karan Johar’s show for the promotion of her film Rangoon, accompanied by co-stars Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor. Things were going well between the host and the guests till Kangana called Karan the ‘snooty movie mafia’ and the ‘torchbearer o: f nepotism’.
At the launch of this reality talent show, when the filmmaker was asked whether he would have Kangana as a special guest, Karan had said, “If the channel invites Kangana Ranaut, we will be very happy to have her. Hamara dil bada hai aur Ghar khula hai…hanste -khelte unka swagat karenge. With due love and respect.” He also added, “This show is not my answer for nepotism.”
