Karachi: Inspector General of Sindh police Ghulam Haider Jamali has formed a team of police to probe Safoora carnage.
Additional IG Karachi Ghulam Qadir Thebo will lead the team.
The investigation team consists of DIG East Muneer Ahmed Sheikh, DIG West Feroz Shah, DIG CTD Arif Haneef, DIG CIA Sultan Ali Khawaja, SSP East Pir Muhammed Shah and SSP Malir Dr. Najeeb.
The team has been mandated to take stock of the investigations on daily basis and submit the report to the provincial police chief
