Kanye West faces a lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accuses him of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs. Pisciotta, employed by West between 2021 and 2022, alleges that West sexually assaulted her by giving her a drink laced with an unknown substance.
This allegation forms part of an amended complaint in her wrongful termination lawsuit, which also accuses West of sending her explicit messages and images before her dismissal.
Pisciotta first encountered West at a studio session in Santa Monica, where he reportedly offered her the spiked drink. Although Combs co-hosted the session, the complaint does not accuse him of wrongdoing. Pisciotta claims she felt disoriented after consuming a small amount of the drink, losing control of her faculties and memory of the night’s events.
She woke up the next day feeling physically ill and embarrassed, unable to recall the previous evening. Only later, after she had started working for West, he referenced the night, suggesting they had “hooked up a bit.” When Pisciotta mentioned she had no memory of the encounter, West allegedly laughed it off.

The complaint also details an incident in July 2021 at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, where West allegedly forced his way into Pisciotta’s hotel room early in the morning, claiming he needed to use her shower. He then reportedly dropped his towel and attempted a sexual advance, which she resisted. West apologized and left the room shortly after.
Pisciotta’s allegations include receiving inappropriate communications from West and being dismissed shortly after her promotion to Chief of Staff. These experiences have led her to file a lawsuit seeking justice for alleged sexual battery and a pattern of disturbing behaviour by West.
West also faces additional legal challenges, including a lawsuit from another former employee alleging discrimination and harassment at both Yeezy and the Donda Academy, as well as claims of emotional distress and labour violations from other staff members.
