While promoting his latest album in Las Vegas, Kanye West has once again sparked controversy with a recent rant during a listening session.
Despite a tumultuous few years, West continues to voice provocative ideas, leading to his banishment from several institutions. He attempted to differentiate his target, claiming his arguments were against Zionists rather than Jewish people, and didn’t shy away from labelling certain individuals and groups as enemies.
In his speech, West made startling comparisons between himself, Jesus Christ, and Adolf Hitler – two historical figures known for their vastly different impacts on humanity. The moment highlighted West’s willingness to discuss openly what he has been silent about since being ostracized from mainstream society. His 10-minute rant also included mentions of various celebrities, politicians, and organizations like Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Travis Scott, Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, the Rothschild family, BlackRock, Vanguard, The Vatican, Balenciaga, all of whom he labelled as Zionists.
A notable point in West’s rant was his reference to the lost Adidas deal and his comments about Adidas’ new lead designer Jerry Lorenzo, whom he called a ‘Light-skinned Ye’. The session reportedly ended abruptly when Kanye was reminded he was not God. This incident underscores that West’s perspectives remain unchanged, and there’s no indication of a shift in his viewpoint in the foreseeable future.
