TRON blockchain founder and crypto entrepreneur Justin Sun drew widespread attention during his recent visit to Islamabad after a video showed him inspecting and sitting inside a local rickshaw.
Sun, who travelled to Pakistan at the invitation of the Pakistan Crypto Council, shared the clip himself on social media. The video captured his interaction with the iconic three-wheeled vehicle commonly used for daily transport across the country.
“In Pakistan, a rickshaw is not just a ride,” Sun wrote. “For many drivers, it supports the entire family.”
He credited Momin Saqib for introducing him to the rickshaw experience and joked about his limited time behind the controls. Sun said he only learned how the brakes worked during the brief ride.
Fun fact: in Pakistan, a rickshaw is not just a ride, for many drivers it supports the whole family. 🛺🇵🇰
Big thanks to @mominsaqib for pulling me onto a rickshaw again. Time was short so I only mastered one thing: the brakes! 😂
