On May 18, 2025, former U.S. President Joe Biden, 82, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that had spread to his bones, his office announced.

The diagnosis followed urinary symptoms and the discovery of a prostate nodule with a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5), indicating high severity. Biden and his family are considering hormone-sensitive treatment options.

Laura Loomer’s Claims

Laura Loomer, a Trump ally and MAGA influencer, claimed on X that Biden has been terminally ill since July 2024, alleging a White House cover-up and predicting his death within two months. She cited unverified late-night physician visits and a 2022 video where Biden mentioned prior skin cancer, later clarified by the White House as non-prostate-related.

Like I said in July, Biden is terminally ill.

Don’t forget when I reported on how his brother Frank blurted out that his brother was terminally ill.

“We look forward to whatever time we have left” with Joe Biden.

Biden could very well die in the next 2 months.

According to CNN, Loomer’s assertions, including claims of fabricated medical records, lack evidence and remain inconclusive.

Prostate cancer, the most common cancer in men, is graded for severity, with Biden’s Grade 5 indicating highly abnormal cells, per the American Cancer Society. The hormone-sensitive nature of his cancer allows for manageable treatment, though its spread to bones complicates prognosis, per Mayo Clinic. Biden’s son, Beau, died of brain cancer in 2015, adding personal context, per NBC News.

Loomer’s claims sparked polarised responses on social media, with some users echoing her allegations and others dismissing them as speculative. Mainstream reports focus on Biden’s diagnosis and treatment, avoiding unverified terminal illness narratives. The diagnosis has renewed discussions on public health transparency, per Politico.

As Biden evaluates treatment, Loomer’s unverified claims highlight the challenge of combating misinformation during health crises.

According to the Washington Post, official updates from Biden’s team are expected to clarify his condition, while Loomer’s allegations remain under scrutiny for lack of substantiation.
