The Islamabad High Court has scheduled a new hearing for the Teryan White case involving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, which was previously deemed inadmissible.
Following the dissolution of the original bench last year, the court has established a new, larger bench to revisit the case. Two out of three judges initially dismissed the case on May 10, 2023, prompting the Chief Justice to reorganize the bench.
The reconstituted bench, led by Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri and including Justices Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Saman Rafat Imtiaz, is set to convene on May 21. This development marks a significant step in reevaluating the legal proceedings concerning the high-profile case.
