Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has directed the suspension of Sher Afzal Marwat’s party membership.
During a Thursday meeting with party leaders at Adiala Jail, Khan granted the party leadership the authority to take disciplinary action against members who violate party policies. Following this, he specifically ordered the suspension of Marwat’s membership.
This action follows a show-cause notice issued to Marwat due to his controversial statements, to which he has already responded.
