Imran Khan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, and Adiala Jail’s administration have mutually agreed upon standard operational procedures (SOPs) for visits.
The agreement between Imran Khan and the Adaila Jail Administration facilitates controlled meetings with Imran Khan.
According to sources, Imran Khan and Adiala Jail’s Superintendent formalized this arrangement through official signatures. Khan has appointed three representatives to coordinate visits to him in jail.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali, Sher Afzal Marwat, and Barrister Umair Niazi will liaise for these meetings. Each can nominate two individuals for each visit.
Family members are scheduled to visit on Tuesdays, while Thursdays are reserved for lawyers and other approved visitors.
Visits are also possible for those holding court permissions, subject to Khan’s agreement.
Notably, on Tuesday, March 26, ten individuals and on Thursday, March 28, eighteen people met with Khan in Adiala Jail.
