Khan lives in a two-cell complex that includes a private courtyard for walks and cycling. He has access to LED lighting, newspapers, and books of his choice, benefits not available to other B-Class inmates. A dedicated cook prepares all of his meals according to his preferences, which include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, he enjoys two hours of daily exercise in an open-air setting. These arrangements provide him with comfort and structure while adhering to jail regulations.
Since August 2024, Khan has issued 413 tweets through intermediaries. These tweets guide PTI on matters such as the 2024 elections, the Sialkot by-election, the protest on November 26, 2024, government negotiations, and the 26th Constitutional Amendment.
