Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has charged Mohsin Ali and Kashif Kamran in murder of senior MQM member Dr Imran Farooq in London.
FIA in a third challan declared Mohsin Ali and Kashif Kamran as murderers. The investigation report also carried a confessional statement of the two accused.
The ATC, however, raised fresh objections in the challan and directed the FIA to remove them. However, FIA sources confirmed that the modified challan would be presented in the court anytime today.
The ATC court reserved its verdict about approving upper class facilities for the accused in jail and allowing them to meet their families.
The ATC extended their remand for two more days and adjourned the hearing till February 10.
