Taylor will retain full ownership of her businesses, despite already receiving 75% of Shumpert’s total wealth in the division. The agreement further requires Shumpert to pay $8,000 per month in child support. He will also cover tuition and medical expenses for their children.
The settlement significantly reduces Shumpert’s remaining assets. He will retain roughly $2 million and will not keep a personal residence. During the marriage, he placed his entire fortune in a joint account with Taylor, a decision that shaped the outcome of the divorce.
