On December 19, Ram Kapoor celebrated his return to social media with two mirror selfies that showcased his stunning transformation.

Ram looked slimmer and explained his absence from Instagram: “Hi guys, sorry for the slightly long absence from Insta. I was working on myself quite extensively.” The actor revealed he lost 55 kilos in 18 months without resorting to pills or surgery. Instead, he focused on traditional methods of diet and exercise.

Ram Kapoor’s 55 Kg Weight Loss Journey
