They’re typically not considered full nipples due to their size and development level. Importantly, this condition is harmless and does not require medical treatment.
The curiosity about Styles’ unusual trait first spiked following the release of the music video for “Kiss You” by One Direction in 2012. In the video, Styles’ bare torso led to the initial spread of rumours regarding his extra nipples.
Now, the topic has resurfaced on social networks, with fans sharing photos of Styles shirtless at various concerts, visibly showing his four nipples. Despite the oddity, Styles had openly discussed this aspect of his anatomy, helping to demystify and clarify the condition for his fans.
