Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan visited Geo News senior anchor and renowned Pakistani journalist Hamid Mir at his residence here on Thursday.
During the visit Imran Khan inquired about Hamid Mir’s health who is recovering after being shot half a dozen times during an attack on his life in Karachi on April 19.
Speaking to the media Imran Khan said Hamid Mir had rendered sacrifices for democracy in Pakistan. “Hamid Mir is my favourite anchor,” Khan told reporters.
The PTI chief wants those involved in the attack to be arrested.
