Leaving no means untapped, whether legitimate or otherwise, to earn pots of money, the unconscionable cattle traders are selling off underage animals—haram (inadmissible) for sacrifice in accordance with the Islamic edict.

According to detail, some distraught buyers of the cattle complained to the administration of the city’s main maveshi mandi (cattle market) about the deceit. Springing into action, the administration rounded up four dealers.

The four cheats are handed over to police who were palming off to the customers the underage animals by fixing fake teeth at the cattle market. According to Islamic principle, the underage animals that have not grown their teeth are not allowed to be sacrificed.

According to the administration of Sohrab Goth’s maveshi mandi, the four defrauders brought 100 animals from Rahim Yar Khan; 50 of them have been taken into custody.
