Unknown attackers carried out a hand grenade attack late at night on the residence of Mubarak Zeb Khan in Bajaur. The explosion caused damage to the house but did not result in any casualties.
According to initial police reports, the assailants hurled a hand grenade at the house and escaped immediately. The blast damaged boundary walls and created panic among residents inside the compound.
District Police Officer Waqas Rafiq said the explosion also shattered the windows of nearby houses. He confirmed that police launched a search operation soon after the incident.
