Gold Prices Surge in Pakistan: Latest Rates and International Trends

Gold prices in Pakistan rose sharply on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, reflecting gains in international markets.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), gold per tola surged by Rs2,100, reaching Rs349,200. The rate for 10 grams climbed by Rs1,800 to settle at Rs299,382.

Internationally, gold also posted notable gains. APGJSA reported the global price at $3,310 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a $21 increase in a single day. This rebound follows a decline in the local market just a day earlier, when gold prices fell by Rs1,600 per tola, closing at Rs347,100 on Monday.

Meanwhile, silver prices remained stable, with the steady rate at Rs3,497 per tola.

Gold prices in Pakistan increased by Rs2,100 per tola, now reaching Rs349,200. The price for 10 grams of gold stands at Rs299,382. International gold prices have hit $3,310 per ounce, while silver rates remain unchanged at Rs3,497 per tola.
