Gold prices in Pakistan are currently experiencing a decline, mirroring global market trends.
As the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported, the cost of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs600 on Tuesday to Rs274,900. The price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold also decreased by Rs515, to Rs235,682.
Internationally, gold prices have similarly decreased, with the global rate dropping to $2,647 per ounce—a modest decline of $6.
In contrast, local silver prices have remained stable at Rs3,050 per tola.
