Addressing the situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, he restated Pakistan’s commitment to UN resolutions and criticized India’s treatment of Kashmiris. He accused India of using elections to obscure its aggressive tactics and provoke Pakistan.

The COAS warned against any threats to Pakistan’s sovereignty, promising a strong response with national support.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari also spoke on Eid, extending greetings and emphasizing solidarity with the Kashmiris and Palestinians, advocating for brotherhood, sacrifice, and selflessness.

I extend heartfelt felicitations to my countrymen and all Muslims on the joyous and blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. May we all embrace the true essence of this auspicious day, fostering unity and embodying the spirit of sacrifice.
