On July 6, 2025, a major leak revealed specifications for Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic, and Watch Ultra 2, set to debut at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9.
The Galaxy Watch 8 is available in 40mm and 44mm sizes, featuring 1.34-inch and 1.47-inch Super AMOLED displays, respectively. It boasts a brightness of 3,000 nits and a 327ppi resolution. It features an aluminium case, a Silicone Sports Bracelet, and a 325mAh (40mm) or 435mAh (44mm) battery. The Watch 8 Classic, featuring a 46mm stainless steel case and a Premium Hybrid Strap, boasts a 1.34-inch display and a 445mAh battery. Both offer Bluetooth and Bluetooth + 4G LTE variants with 32GB storage.

All three models utilise the 3nm Exynos W1000 chipset, 2GB of RAM, and Wear OS 6-based One UI 8 Watch, offering features such as Antioxidant Index and Vascular Load.
All models adopt a squircle design, with the Watch 8 Classic featuring a rotating bezel, per Android Headlines. Colours include Graphite and Silver for the Watch 8, Black and White for the Classic, and Titanium Blue, Grey, and Silver for the Ultra 2. European prices have increased by 20%: Watch 8 is priced at €379.99–€459.99, Classic at €529.99–€579.99, and Ultra 2 at €699.99.
