Lahore: On Wednesday early morning, as many as four convicts have been hanged till death in different jails of Punjab including Lahore and Sahiwal.
In Kot Lakhpat Jail, Lahore two death house inmates prisoners were sent to gallows. Death inmate Rizwan, murdered the son of Magnate Abid in 2006. Whereas, Muazzam Iqbal assassinated a man, Iqbal in 1995.
In Sahiwal, Zahid, has been executed at the central jail. He killed a policeman, Fida Hussain in 2001.
In Bahawalpur’s central jail, Nazeer Ahmed, hang at the gallows till death. The yardbird took life of his fellow over a sport dispute
