Pakistan striker Shahlyla Ahmadzai Baloch passed away in a car accident late on Wednesday night in Karachi.
According to family sources, Baloch was sitting in the passenger seat when the accident occurred in Karachi’s DHA Phase VIII, when she was coming back after watching movie along with friends from Neuplex.
Baloch, 20, was one of the strikers and she represented Pakistan at the South Asian Football Federation Women Football Championship 2014 in Islamabad.
The 20-year-old played for the Balochistan United FC as a forward in the domestic circuit.
