KARACHI: A fire broke out at a residential apartments building near the National Stadium on Sunday night that damaged several flats in the plaza, the Fire Brigade said.
According to a Fire Brigade official, the blaze erupted in a flat of Noman Arcades and spread to adjoining flats.
Fire fighters with the help of four fire tenders managed to control the blaze after hours of struggle.
The cooling process was continuing at the site.
Tere was no report of casualty as people were safely evacuated.
