Fawad, Sonam attend Wagah Border ceremony at the Pak India Border

After cancelling her plans to promote the soon to be released bollywood pot boiler ‘Khoobsurat’ with Fawad Khan in Pakistan, Bollywood’s Sonam Kapoor made it to the Wagah Border to promote the message of peace and harmony between both nations.

Sonam, accompanied by Fawad Khan and Kiron Kher, who plays Sonam’s mother in the upcoming Bollywood film Khoobsurat, visited the Wagah Border to see the flag lowering ceremony held every evening, which starts with a parade by the soldiers from both sides of the border, followed by the lowering of the two nations’ flags.
