On Friday, an explosion in a sewer line in Karachi’s Lasbela region injured nine individuals, as reported by the police.
The Soldier Bazaar Police Station released an initial report about the incident, mentioning an ongoing investigation to ascertain the explosion’s cause. The injured, named Lal Muhammad, Ejaz, Hafeez, Mansoor, Naseeruddin, Khurram, Mansoor, Arif, and Zoq Akhtar, have been admitted to the Civil Hospital for medical care. Rescue 1122 officials cited by the state indicated that gas accumulation might have triggered the blast.
